Before and After

The Circle of Friends Before & After School Program offers supervised care  for students before and after school (including early dismissal and in-service days).The program operates out of the Anniversary Room (second floor of the school) from 6:45 a.m. to 8:15 a.m. and from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m.  At 8:15 a.m. the students in the morning care program join the arriving students in getting ready for the day. Please fill in the online calendar to let us know when your child will be using the program. The link for the current month s in the menu bar along the top of the home page of our website. As well, it can be found on any of the weekly reminder emails set by the office or you can email prsesendes@stals.ca or rsinlair@stals.ca.

Early Dismissals	An additional $2.00
Half day (11:30-6:00)	$15.00 for half day
In-service day (6:45-6:00)	$30.00
	$18.00 for before & half day
LATE FEE (after 6:00 p.m.)	ADDITIONAL $10.00

Cancellation

24 hours’ notice is required for cancellation when your child is scheduled to use the program for a regular school day. The fee will be waived if your child goes home sick during the school day.

For in-service days, three working days’ notice is required due to planning and preparation. For example, for a Friday in-service day families must confirm by end of the day on Tuesday. For a Monday in-service, the deadline is end of the day on Wednesday. The cancellation fee for in-services days after the deadline is $15.
